Algunos pensamientos
Los callcenters apestan, bueno, también las telefonicas, los proveedores de cable, de internet ….. uno se la pasa apretando botones, esperando, luego se corta la comunicación, nos dicen cualquier cosa, nos tratan de estúpidos haciendonos perder mucho tiempo y paciencia.
Uf… se corto la comuinicación, con quien había hablado con Juanita? Jimena? .....
tengo que explicar mi problema nuevamente…
y apretar 28 botonitos decir mi número de teléfono que acabo de ingresar un rato antes de entrar en la espera con la cancioncita que se repite y repite.
Estamos sin sistema ahora, podria llamar mas tarde?
Apague el celular y vuelva a prenderlo, la señal le está llegando en breve. Ahora la señora señal, viene caminando? en auto? en avión? no es que hay antenas?
O sea que, si cambio de equipo, no tengo más los mil mensajes por mes?
Claro sr, la nueva tecnología no permite eso.
No es nueva la tecnología?, no debería permitir mas cosas?
Uno llama por teléfono porque tiene un problema, no para saludarlos, necesita ayuda, pero ups, lo atiende una computadora, que le lee una infinidad de opciones.
Obviamente, la opción de hablar con una persona es la ultima.
Porque no quieren atendernos? prefieren no escucharnos cierto?
Porque será que no quieren escucharnos?
Mi vieja hace 2 meses que no tiene Fibertel, y nadie le explico que pasaba. Esto es cierto.
Ahora me comentaron que el Grupo Clarin tambien compro Telecentro, eso no es monopolio?
Yo tenía movicom, pero por desgracia, ahora tengo movistar, y las otras compañias son tan malas como movistar.
Me hablaron del Ente regulador? de que? que regula?
Mi ignorancia en leyes ya me esta poniendo nervioso, creo que estudiaria derecho solo para hacer un poco de justicia, porque los sres abogados en general hacen plata no justicia.
Bah despues de todo las leyes estan para favorecer a… adivinen?
Se podra hacer algo o tendremos que vivir con esto?
